Being stripped of citizenship and deported as a consequence of those three senators' curiosity is absolutely on the table.

What they don’t realise is that we now know it when we see it, the last 10 years of public abusive negging tactics have taught us all about it. I expected it to be used on Kamala Harris and that’s why it won’t work on me and hopefully on most of us. If necessary, I will fight and will go down fighting.

Likewise! I still can’t believe people are so stupid frankly to fall for a felon. I just saw on local news here that crime had gone up during Biden’s term. Outrageous stuff like that is taken as gospel by the uninformed elderly, and young people who don’t think their lives will never be the same under trump2.

Remember that Russia is not the only country with an oligarch class who pollutes the culture. Bezos owns WAPO. Murdoch owns WSJ. NYT is apparently run poorly by a family kit a community. And worst of all is SINCLAIR who's responsible for the brainwashing of the rural and elderly who are still glued to their boob tubes. I don't get it I thought we were supposed to throw water our televisions and learn to navigate the internet about 25 years ago but some people still don't understand that TV is a push fully programmed medium. Sinclair is one of the lowest of the low polluting people's minds with bullshit and manipulation. I'm tired of this kind of behavior being allowed in our country and truly disinformation should be criminalized way past libel and defamation.

Negging? What a revolting word.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the worth of any human, let alone a woman, is not predicated on their significant other. #PresidentKamalaFuckingHarrisToYou is above the vileness of the schoolyard bullying and the only reason they keep trying the spaghetti meets wall tactic is because they know they have no power over her. And they know she knows they are impotent. Calling them out immediately, ridiculing them for their vileness is working. Such a beautiful sight to behold.

I am not sorry to see all the dangling that has been the lot of these dastardly dimwits who cower in their basements over their obsession of vaginas. Perhaps if they tried to listen to women instead of reducing them to body parts, they’d be better men and human beings.

Gorka, I am afraid, is not redeemable. Not before, not now, not ever. If he wants to be a nazi fascist, I understand he is welcome back in Hungary. The USA helped stop Nazi’s and fascism once. We can do it again.

The debasement of women has been so relentless, so deeply entrenched in culture, and so broadly spread that pejorative terms for women (e.g. bitch, c--t, whore) are widely used as epithets for men--and often even defended by women as apt descriptors of men's behavior and characteristics.

Words hurt. Sexualized words cut the most deeply, as they hurt us for something we are not responsible for and (barring surgery) cannot change.

While I would love to see the above words relegated to "archaic, freq. pejorative" status in the dictionary, I will shoot for a more modest goal: I implore women to not use sexualized language to describe bad men and bad behavior, but rather to pick up a dictionary or thesaurus.

Enlarge your vocabulary; it will blow the patriarchy's mind.

It's interesting that you've settled on lexical shortcomings as the reason women would engage in this behavior (as opposed to, for example, a deliberate strategic decision made in service of a discrete goal or anticipated outcome, or exercising a reversal of linguistic devices of misogynistic language by deliberately targeting men through reference to male anatomy: "dickfooting around," "dicksterical," "bag of dicks," "peenie-tales," etc. to less overtly sexualized but perhaps more gendered examples such as "mantrum," "bropriating," "manterruption," etc.)

The obvious exception to this would be using the pejoratives reserved for the denigration of women through association with the female body or the female divine. "Bitch" originated among young Greek men of antiquity as a blasphemy against Artemis, whose hunting dogs were all female. Its use, throughout history, has always been consistent: when leveraged against a woman, its purpose is to lower her, to reduce her, to put her in her place and punish her for having been uppity. When used against a man, its intention is to shame him for not displaying sufficient masculinity (ie, hostility, aggression, etc.) and to force him to rise back up to his station, etc.

The former is fire, especially when used to ridicule male supremacists; the latter is best enforced as insider-only and discussed/dismantled internally, etc.

I try to use the term "empty ballsack"—yes, I wish it was shorter and more catchy—instead of female-anatomy-centered pejoratives because vaginas and uteruses are AMAZING. They're freakin' heroic. I think uteruses are the Captain Marvels of human reproductive anatomy. There is nothing at all weak about them. They're strong enough to hold babies for nine months.

For all that people mindlessly use lingo that is meant to equate female anatomy with weakness, it's male anatomy that is vulnerable, weak, and hysterical. Instead of uteruses that are tucked up inside us protected, peens are just out there, exposed...dangling, prone to uncontrollable hysterical excitement at unforeseen, sometimes unwanted moments, out of control and unimposed by intellect. So, yeah, it's "empty ballsack" for me, not Pussy, when I want to say someone is small-minded and weak.

I don't believe that I ever actually "settled on lexical shortcomings" as the sole reason that women engage in using sexualized language primarily associated with human females, Leah LaSalla. I provided 3 examples of words--among countless other feminized insults-- that have repeatedly been used in recent days by Substack participants in posts about Trump, Vance, Gorka, and many, many other men in the news over the past few weeks. Why are these terms used? They are used to demean these men by attacking their sexuality, their political policies (such as they exist), and to "feminize" their perceived shortcomings--as you put it, "deliberately targeting men through reference to male anatomy" by denigrating it and comparing it to women's. Why were these words chosen? That is a question best answered by those choosing them, but I suspect that it is because of custom, laziness and the fact that they may no longer convey what they actually mean to their users. That women themselves now parrot these misogynistic words does not necessarily document educational or lexical shortcomings at all, but rather a learned, relentlessly practiced linguistic behavior that is intentionally used to embarrass and degrade recipients of the insult and, by women's participation in it, the further insult to the women (or girls, as behavior is learned) repeating it.

My view, rather, since you seem to ask me for it, is that the English language is rich and is full of far better words to criticize Trump's felonious, antisocial, antidemocratic, loutish and oafish behavior than by resorting to calling him a "whore."

That Artemis had hunting dogs in Greek mythology has less than nothing to do with persons of our day (who probably are unaware of the myth anyway) using "bitch" or "c_nt" to insult Vance or Lindsey Graham. I also don't agree with using references to male anatomy, but entirely expect that many would consider me quaint. You do you.

Agree with your assessment of Gorka’s negging.

I saw him interviewed on UK tv several times during Trump’s presidency. He is clearly smart and sharp in interviews but he’s hyper aggressive, tries to demean the interviewer, and turns the interview onto his terms.

A nasty individual.

Huh. I didn’t know there was a name for this, nor that it’s been codified for insecure men. What I will say, tho, is that at some point women get tired of being told they’re stupid. And when they do, that tack will never work again.
