Insurrection Act:

tRump is threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act as a response to citizens of Minnesota exercising their Constitutionally guaranteed first amendment rights. Should he follow thru with the threat, to me it is a call for a nationwide general strike. The only Insurrection is from the tRump regime. Shut it down!

It's clearly time for the generals to decide whether to fall in line with the Cosplay Reich or support the Republic they took an oath to protect.

Yup. They promised. They wouldn’t have gotten the job otherwise. Time to show us they didn’t just steal their pay and that they are more than mercenaries.

“Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."

-Frederick Douglass, 1857

Has anyone thought about how this’ll work in those Stand Your Ground states?

David Knickerbocker's avatar

Doesn’t need to be a stand your own ground state. Is this a serious question? Smh

Yes, it is a serious question. From your response, it appears that you’re saying that even with SYG laws, ICE would trump (npi) citizens. Sorry to have bothered you, I honestly didn’t know.

No, I am saying that even it were illegal for me to defend my family, I would defend my family.
