Morgaan Sinclair: a Short Biography
Morgaan Rhys-Davies Sinclair, Ph.D. holds a doctorate in Mythological Studies with Emphasis in Depth Psychology and wrote her dissertation on the anti-fascist theopolitical imagination expressed in the Spanish Civil War films of Guillermo del Toro. Since award of her doctorate, she has pursued an interest in the psychological components and mental functioning of “High Mach” and Dark Tetrad personalities in business and politics, with a particular focus being on the psychological profiles of genocidal tyrants and terrorists. In this aspect, she holds the work of Dr. Jerrold M. Post—who was for 22 years the chief forensic psychiatrist and principal terrorist profiler for the CIA—in the highest regard.
Dr. Sinclair is a classical pianist, composer, painter, and retired college professor. She has written for Harper & Row, The Weekly Standard, and the New York Post—and has penned more than 100 articles for PolitiSage, which she co-writes with Dr. Rupert L. Chapman, III, the retired British Museum curator of Levantine Antiquities. She is publisher and managing editor of Pleiades Books, an academic book publishing company, and principal designer of the forthcoming climate magazine Journal of the Earth.
Dr. Sinclair is the mother of screenwriter Ari Schutz and Can-Opener-in-Chief for Starshine, the Wonder Dog.
