Monsters Ball: Netanyahu nominates Trump for Nobel Peace Prize. Yeah, Mr. Peace!
Or, Netanyahu, under ICC indictment for crimes against humanity, sucks up to convicted rapist and fraudster Trump for the right to bomb Iran and Gaza again.
Well, America is a favorite vacation spot for Benjamin Netanyahu, who would face instantaneous arrest most everywhere else in the world. The ICC’s indictment, upon which they issued an ARREST ORDER for the Israeli head of state, reads:
Allegedly responsible for the war crimes of starvation as a method of warfare and of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts from at least 8 October 2023 until at least 20 May 2024.
As the United States does not belong to the ICC, Netanyahu can come here, and have a state dinner thrown for him by one Donald Trump, president of the United States, who has been
convicted of sexual assault, which the judge called rape, against E. Jean Carroll
convicted of criminal fraud as a New York jury found him guilty of all 34 counts in a fraudulent scheme to illegally influence the 2016 election through a hush money payment to porn actor Stormy Daniels and the falsifying of records done to hide the fact.
This is, of course, after the infamous
“grab ‘em by the pussy” comments and the fact that
a Manhattan jury found two Trump Organization companies guilty on multiple charges of criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records connected to a 15-year scheme to defraud tax authorities by failing to report and pay taxes on compensation for top executives.
Low. And sleazy. And greedy.
Meanwhile, Benjamin Netanyahu has done this to Gaza, over and over again. One Palestinian mother, a doctor, went to work at a clinic. When she came home, her husband and eight of her nine children were dead. After which, the Israelis struck aid trucks, killing more doctors, and leveled hospitals, schools and shelters.
Allegedly, Netanyahu is in Washington seeking peace for Gaza. If things go as they have before, Israel will keep bombing Gaza while he sheds crocodile tears.

Pundits, meanwhile, offer another explanation: Netanyahu wants to bomb Iran some more. What can I say? It felt good. Taking out most of the Hezbollah commanders with cell phone explosions must have been quite the joy—but it was nothing to the ecstasy of bombing the craven, ruthless, misogynist ayatollah’s home turf.
And Trump wants a Nobel Prize. After all … Barack Obama has one. Bawaaaaahhhh!!!!!
Am I actually suggesting a quid pro quo?? Yes, I am.
Does anybody want peace in Gaza? Yes, the Palestinians. But not either of these guys and not HAMAS, Israel’s Alter-Ego.
Trump will feign an attempt to get peace in Ukraine, but Putin is not going to play ball. And getting Hegseth to hold back arms on the lie that we’re running out of killing stuff (oh yeah, right) didn’t hold water, so now Trump is saying yes, we’ll definitely send Ukraine what they need before they all die to the last man, woman and child.
And Trump will also feign an attempt to get peace in Gaza, but Netanyahu doesn’t want peace. He wants the Palestinians to die to the last man, woman and child. And Trump doesn’t want peace, either. He wants the Palestinians ethnically cleansed to the last man, woman and child, after which he will have American taxpayers foot the bill for bulldozing the Strip, after which he will build the Trump Resort Nation, an idea he stole from Jared Kushner.
The Deal
So the deal is, Netanyahu nominates Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize—which, were he to win, would be like giving Hitler the Mother Teresa Memorial International Award—in exchange for Trump’s permission to bomb Iran and keep slaughtering Palestinians.
Sanders slammed Netanyahu’s visit as another example, like Biden’s, of aiding and abetting an extremist government headed by an indicted war criminal whose eternal warring is keeping him out of jail on corruption charges. Sanders is right. BTW, Trump says Israel should stop the prosecution of Netanyahu. And while he’s at the business of meddling in the judicial affairs of other countries, he also says Brazil should stop the trial against Bolsonaro for insurrection. He wishes people would also forget his insurrection, but we won’t.
What Sanders if not mentioning, though he surely knows, is the quid pro quos going on with the Radical Right demons at the Monsters Ball of Fascists, not to be forgetting Orban and Putin and Kim Jung Un and the legions of radical conservatives running on platforms of racism, xenophobia, and misogyny.
On this day, the level of embarrassment to which the American psyche is subjected is off the charts.
Call every legislator you know, and on the 17th, hit the streets.
While shitler has his cabal of trumpophants here who lick the taint all day, everyday, the rest of the World sees him for the trog he is. That nomination isn't worth the paper it's printer on. Bet the Academy had a riotous laugh then shredded it.
