Donald, Emperor of Earth, Bullies Israel and Brazil To Drop Cases against Netanyahu and Bolsonaro
Trump demands that ICC-indicted Netanyahu and Bolsonaro, charged with insurrection, not be tried for crimes.
Netanyahu: Charges of Fraud
Commanded Donald, Emperor of Earth:
"Bibi Netanyahu's trial should be CANCELLED, IMMEDIATELY, or a Pardon given to a Great Hero, who has done so much for the State."
Nothing, of course, could trump the indictment handed down and the arrest warrant issued for Benjamin Netanyahu by the ICC on charges of
war crimes of starvation as a method of warfare and of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts from at least 8 October 2023 until at least 20 May 2024.
See our earlier, more detailed discussion here:
But Bibi Netanyahu has been in a lot of trouble at home for years, charged with corruption. The moment his latest round of legal troubles began, he started slaughtering Palestinians and razing Gaza. As the trial neared its end a few weeks ago, he bombed Iran. As the scales of blind Justice tip towards his conviction, he comes to America, nominates Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize, and grovels for permission to bomb Iran again, while the IDF issues job offers of $882 a day for bulldozer wranglers to come to Israel and wipe off the face of the earth every trace of Palestinian history in this place. Here’s what’s going on in Israel:
The Publishers Trial
Israeli police began investigating Netanyahu in December 2016. On their recommendation the Israeli judiciary indicted Netanyahu in 2019 on charges of breach of trust, accepting bribes, and fraud, forcing him to relinquish his ministry portfolios other than prime minister. Netanyahu's trial in the Jerusalem District Court began on 24 May 2020, with witness testimony starting on 5 April 2021. The prosecution listed 333 witnesses. The prosecution rested in July 2024, and defense, starting with Netanyahu's testimony, began in December 2024.
To make an extremely complex timeline possibly intelligible, the high points are:
Bibi tried—and failed—to get immunity.
Several of Bibi’s co-conspirators turned states’ evidence.
After interminable delays over the Gaza war and even minor surgery for Netanyahu, the prosecution rested its case in July of 2024.
Defense began in December 2024.
Cross-examination of Netanyahu began June 3, 2025. At this point, it appears his will be losing this case.
On June 26, 2025, Donald, Emperor of Earth (and surrounding moon, space junk, the asteroid belt and the Oort Cloud), demands that Israel drop the case against Netanyahu. Or, Netanyahu appears to be losing this case.
On June 27, 2025, the Jerusalem District Court rejected Netanyahu's request to delay the trial testimony regardless of Trump request, citing that the request "does not present a detailed basis or reason that might justify canceling evidentiary hearings."
It is lost on no rational observer that Benjamin Netanyahu has been systematically razing Gaza, and now goes to war with Iran, to control the news cycle to cover the war rather than the legal cases that can land him in the slammer, like former prime minister Ehud Olmert, who spent 17 months of a 27-month sentence in prison after being convicted of fraud, breach of trust, and tax evasion. Netanyahu’s charges are more serious, and what he’s done to avoid justice has resulted in the ICC indictments listed above, charges that could jail Netanyahu (and Gallant) for the rest of their lives.
Of course, Netanyahu claims that the charges are anti-Semitism. They are not, and I would suggest that the smearing of honest judiciary officials by claiming anti-Semitism dishonors the deaths of millions of Jews during World War II. He needs a stern lecture from Rabbi Gershon on this. More on Rabbi Gershon later.
Bolsonaro: Charges of Engineering a Coup d’Etat
What is going to shock you about this is that, other than the poisoning attempt on Lula da Silva, this is an almost identical list to the charges against the January 6th insurrectionists in the United States. But Brazil’s supreme court, like Israeli’s, intends to hold the guilty accountable.
Bolsonaro lost the 2022 election to his old left-wing rival Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, known simply as Lula. Lula is a trade unionist and former metalworker who has served as the 39th president of Brazil since 2023, after defeating Bolsonaro. Lula was also the 35th president from 2003 to 2011.
The supreme court of Brazil unanimously handed over indictments on March 25, 2025. The five counts against Bolsonaro and 33 others are:
attempting to stage a coup,
involvement in an armed criminal organization,
attempted violent abolition of the democratic rule of law,
damage characterized by violence and a serious threat against the state’s assets, and deterioration of listed heritage,
plotting to poison Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, whom the group had under surveillance, and to kill Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes.
The plan did not go ahead because at the last minute the accused failed to get the army’s commander on board, the supreme court said. That’s the only thing that stopped them.
What the attempted coup looked like on the ground:
“Frustration overwhelmed the members of the criminal organization who, however, did not give up on the violent seizure of power, not even after the elected president of the republic was sworn in,” the supreme court’s Prosecutor-General Paolo Gonet said.
That was a reference to the Jan. 8, 2023, riot when Bolsonaro’s die-hard supporters stormed and trashed the Supreme Court, presidential palace and Congress in Brasilia a week after Lula took office.
What else did Bolsonaro do?
Bolsonaro resoundingly lost his bid for re-election based on these actions and effects while in office:
His government was characterized by the strong presence of ministers with a military background,
he effected an international alignment with the populist right and autocratic leaders,
he was anti-environmental,
he was heavily anti-indigenous people, and
he heavily espoused pro-gun policies.
He was also responsible for a broad dismantling of cultural, scientific and educational government programmes
He promoted repeated attacks on democratic institution and the engaged in t he wholesale spreading of fake news.
On the flip side, his government was responsible for a significant reduction in bureaucracy and modernized public systems, with the fast paced digitization of federal public services, through the creation of the digital platform "gov.br". Bolsonaro also sanctioned the Economic Freedom Act, reducing bureaucracy in economic activities and facilitating the opening and operation of businesses throughout the country, which proved very beneficial, especially for small companies.
During his administration crime dropped across the country and unemployment rates slowly fell, with the Brazilian GDP showing a moderate growth rate, averaging 1.5% per year.
But … then there’s hunger and poverty
At the same time, job insecurity, inflation[ and hunger increased while per capita income, social inequality and poverty reached their worst levels since 2012.
And … a COVID response that killed 600,000 Brazilians
Bolsonaro, a COVID denialist, espoused chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine (malaria drugs) as cures for COVID, and, in a word, they are not. He failed to respond to requests for oxygen, sending these failed drugs instead, and patients died. He refused to mandate masking, even in overpopulated prisons, and the results were disasterous. Bolsonaro killed 10x more people from stubbornness and stupidity and fake right-wing conspiracy than Netanyahu has killed in Gaza.
So, what’s the matter with Trump?
Fearing that the long arm of justice will catch up with him sometime, somewhere — and staring down the barrel of a case that’s almost a mirror-image of his own failed coup attempt, Trump, in utter projection screams …
Witch hunt!!!!!
“I’ll be watching the WITCH HUNT of Jair Bolsonaro, his family, and thousands of his supporters, very closely,” Trump trumpeted.
And then what did he do?
Trump levied a 50% tarriff on all Brazilian goods.
And what did they do?
Lula da Silva, president of Brazil and the man Bolsonaro was going to poison to death, responded this way:
Writes Axios:
[Lula da Silva] matched Trump’s 50% tarriff and declared that "any unilateral tariff increases" would be met with reciprocal tariffs imposed on US goods. The US is Brazil's second-largest trade partner after China, so the hike from a tariff rate of 10% to an eye-watering 50% - if it comes into force - would hit the South American nation hard.
But Brazil’s tarriffs hit the U.S. hard, too. Coffee futures skyrocketed.
Hidden here are also two other things:
When Trump targets any group abroad—as happened in Mexico and Canada—those who stand against him immediately rise in popularity.
And Trump isn’t just angry at Brazil for the case against Bolsonaro. Brazilian authorities have decried Truth Social and other U.S. tech companies, accusing them of spreading false information and harmful ideological screed.
The Bottom Line from Brazil
From Axios:
“Brazil is a sovereign country with independent institutions that will not accept being tutored by anyone," Lula said in posts to his social media accounts.
"The judicial process against those who planned the coup d'état is the sole responsibility of the Brazilian Judiciary and, therefore, is not subject to any kind of interference or threat that undermines the independence of national institutions," he said.
"In the context of digital platforms, Brazilian society rejects content that conveys hate, racism, pornography, coups, fraud, and speech against human rights and democratic freedom."
Freedom of expression in Brazil "is not to be confused with aggression or violent practices," Lula wrote.
"To operate in our country, all national and foreign companies are subject to Brazilian legislation,” he added.
Well said, sir.
We’ll keep watching both these cases. Stay tuned.
As always, a superb article with a wealth of information. I find this statements particularly relevant at this time in U.S. politics: "Of course, Netanyahu claims that the charges are anti-Semitism. They are not, and I would suggest that the smearing of honest judiciary officials by claiming anti-Semitism dishonors the deaths of millions of Jews during World War II. He needs a stern lecture from Rabbi Gershon on this. More on Rabbi Gershon later." I read today that the orange sadist is working to have accreditation removed from Harvard b/o "antisemitism". These false claims MUST be called out. I'm going to use your words (attributed to you, or course) in a post I'll be writing later today about what's happening at Harvard.
Magnificent accumulation of facts and global news of felon47’s favorite criminals who influence heavily his methodology it would appear, impacting the USA 🇺🇸; bless your attention to detail and summary.
