And bless your heart for saying that. We can do this. We can. We can.

I can't say that almost three weeks have passed. The multiple shocks that are coming each and every day do not allow me to put down my shield. I think of what happened last Friday (including Friday night), Saturday, and Sunday -- and I believe that three days is a very, very, very long time with vought/muskrat/orange sadist at the helm. I think of muskrat saying, with great glee, about last Saturday, (essentially) "The other team didn't even show up, so we won!!" Having said that: your photo of the lighthouse made me feel so good! And your list of pending lawsuits, is excellent. But I can't help thinking: can those judges be fired? can the cases be "undone" -- like so much else?

I just hope the democratic leadership will become more PRO-active than re-active. The writing has been on the wall since the 1971 Lewis Powell Memo, then strongly amplified by Reagan and put in print with the 2025 Project. But the "moderate" faction, career polititians who either want to play nice or line their pockets or both, have a lot to do with the current disaster.

Money spent? Just wait until, at taxpayers' expense, he turns The Strip into his (I betcha) personally owned Gaz-a-Lago with sprawling gardens watered with the blood of dead and exported Palestinians.

Maybe a lot can be unraveled, but I think not everything. What is heartening is that so many groups are turning to the courts. I would LIKE to think (a big stretch) that the Supreme Court justices are now getting very antsy. THEY GAVE TRUMP HIS GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD and look what he's done with it. My gravest fear at present is that this whole Gaza thing is a SMOKE SCREEN to cover something that is going on that we're not even aware of yet. As these issues go to the Supreme Court, if they fail to secure Americans' safety, privacy, and rights, the country really is not the United States anymore. And when that happens, Trump will put troops in the streets -- illegal also, but he'll do it.
